The Leak of Neglect

Jan 20, 2026    Ejaz Nabie

Neglect is one of the most common leaks—and it’s usually not rebellion. It’s drift.

It’s subtle, gradual, and quiet.

When prayer becomes rare, Scripture becomes occasional, and stillness disappears, our container weakens over time. We don’t stop loving God—we just start living disconnected from the Source.

Spiritual habits aren’t legalism. They’re lifelines.

They keep us close, grounded, and strengthened.

Overflow is sustained through intentional rhythms.

What you consistently practice shapes what you can carry.

So today, don’t aim for perfection—just reintroduce one small rhythm.

God can restore overflow through consistency.
