Lead Yourself First

Leadership starts with the person in the mirror. Before you can guide others, you must learn to guide yourself. Proverbs 23:12 reminds us: Apply your heart to instruction and your ears to words of knowledge. That means guarding your thoughts, renewing your mind, and choosing daily discipline.
